Quantity/Weight Discrepancy/Damages Claim:

In case of short quantity | product damage | damage shipment rewind by buyer against supply Invoice | DC on arrival of goods.
Buyer may log the complaint by mail within 48 hours on receipt of shipment/goods at their end.
Goods once sold cannot be taken back & exchanged.

Additional Clauses:

TruCut goal is to provide unique and innovative products which solve challenging machining requirements any how still in case you find our product out of your requirement due to Non Performance / Out of Drawing, Dimension, Tolerance please contact us with your original order Reference, all Returns require pre approval from our Technical / Sales department which is considered to be final for Standard catalog items as well special custom tool items.

In case of non-performance, defect if any found in our Supplies and accepted by our Inspection / Technical Department our liability will be under / not Exceeding the product cost / Supply Value – which can be replaced (or) can be claimed by Refund Charges.

Arbitration:

All the Claim & Dispute arising out of or relating to business are to be exclusively referred to Institutional Arbitration of PRIVATE COURT (https://www.pvtcourt.com/content/arbitration-rules)
